I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location is ideal, near the beautiful Lake Lugano, and close to the Mont Bre funicular. The service was exceptional, as the staff was super helpful and accommodated all our requests. However, not having air conditioning in the summer was a bit uncomfortable, but the balcony offered a nice touch.
